Our services are individualized and flexible to meet your needs AND fit your budget. We currently accept California Victim Compensation Program (CalVCP or Victim Witness), Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Lyra, Blue Shield, Magellan and Anthem Blue Cross.  If we are unable to accept your insurance we can provide you with a Superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that Mosaic Counseling is not responsible for determining what your insurance company will cover – you will need to speak with your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you and what percentage they will reimburse PRIOR to your appointment.

A sliding scale may be available on a limited basis. You can also elect to see one of our therapist interns receiving clinical supervision for a lower fee.  The costs below are for a 53+ minute session.

• Individual session with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist   – $150 +
• Couples / Family session with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – $200
• Individual session with an Associate Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist Intern – $100 ($10 off for cash pay)
• Couples / Family session with an Associate Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist Intern $150 ($10 off for cash pay)
• Groups and Classes – costs vary
• Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to the full session fee.
